Heat Pump Repair

Heat pumps work in a different way in winter than they do in the summer. If you bill is suddenly high in the winter your heat pump may be using auxiliary heating when it doesn’t need to. We recommend semi-annual inspection to ensure that it is running smoothly.

Indoor Evaporator Coil Repair

If your filler is wet when you pull it out from under the unit or the floor is wet below the unit, you are getting extra condensation from inside the unit. The most common problem is a dirty evaporator coil. If your filter is unable to perform properly, dust, pollen and pet hair will collect on the coil. This will cause the system to work harder to cool and dehumidify your home. We recommend semi-annual inspections to ensure that the system is running smoothly.
